Wire it in 3 steps
- Import the JSON, copy the Webhook production URL, and have your booking system POST each appointment to it (
customer_name,customer_email,appointment_time,confirm_link,reschedule_link). - Add your Gmail credential on Send Reminder (or swap in Twilio for SMS).
- Add a Wait node to fire the day before + a few hours before, and go live.
