3. SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other information-sharing categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you provide your mobile phone number to us — for example, by submitting our consent-aware SMS-opt-in form on vulcani.io, by giving it to us in a meeting or email, or by replying to a confirmation message — we may send you SMS messages related to your inquiry, project, or active engagement.
Types of messages we may send: appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups about a discovery call or proposal, project status updates, billing or account notices, and (only if you have given prior consent) occasional informational or promotional messages.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the activity in your inquiry or engagement.
Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out: You can opt out of SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and we will not send you further SMS messages.

We use Twilio and other industry-standard providers to deliver SMS messages. Your phone number and SMS opt-in records are stored only for the purposes of operating our SMS program and demonstrating consent if requested by a carrier or regulator. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share this information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors who help us operate the website and deliver services — for example, hosting (Hostinger), email (Google Workspace), calendar/booking (Cal.com), SMS delivery (Twilio), AI inference (Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs), CRM and outreach tools, and analytics. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own data-protection terms.
- Legal and safety. If required by law, regulation, court order, or to investigate suspected fraud or protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
- Business transfers. If Vulcani is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or use of your personal information.
As stated in Section 3, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Twilio is our SMS delivery provider, and Vulcani is the registered messaging brand for any SMS sent through our 10DLC campaign.
