Wire it in 3 steps
- Import the JSON and copy the Webhook production URL.
- Trigger it for each lapsed customer (a scheduled CRM query for people past their usual return window), POSTing
customer_name,customer_email,business_name,booking_link. - Add your Gmail credential on Send Win-Back (or Twilio for SMS), and remember to stop messaging once they rebook.
